Course & Equipment
Hire
Both members and non-members
are entitled to hire the WHT course, with fees
as follows (all
prices include GST):

Course hire is subject
to availability and is not permissible within four weeks
of a Warwick Horse Trials event.
Riders
take responsibility for their own actions. They must
only undertake what they are capable of and MUST NOT
RIDE ALONE. Helmets must be worn at all times that riders
are mounted and helmets must conform to ASA 3838 or equivalent.
Boots with flat soles must be worn when riding.
Horses on the WHT grounds
must be restrained at all times.
All visitors
to the WHT grounds must abide by the following Code
of Conduct:

Campfires are permitted
subject to government fire bans. Timber may be collected
from around the grounds, however, such timber must be
debris. Under no circumstances is prepared timber to
be burnt. Fires must be kept to small campfire size only.
Hire of the WHT Showjumps (all
prices include GST):
There are 5 complete
jumps for training. On payment of the hire fee the club
will make the training showjumps available. It is the
responsibility of the hirer to unpack and repack the
showjump trailer.

Access:
There are a number of options for gaining access to the course.
The method of access will be confirmed on booking.
Dogs:
No dogs allowed.
Hirers accept responsibility
of their own actions:
Taps and lights are to be turned off immediately after use. All
facilities that were used should be left clean and tidy with
any rubbish left in wheelie bins. The Generator is to be used
by designated person only. This person will be given instructions
in use of the generator and it is their responsibility to ensure
it is maintained and in running order. All breakages will be
charged to the hirer at replacement cost. All riders using the
course must have signed an indemnity form and given it to either
Simon Goddard or Harry Liaubon before entering the grounds.
