Welcome to the Warwick Spring School to held on the 20th and 21st of September, 2008

As for all our schools, there will be a great range of instructors catering for every age and level.

All levels from beginners through to advanced horses and riders are catered for

Instructors being confirmed at present included: Niki Chapman, Rebel Morrow, Billy Raymont, Melissa Hughes, Tarsha Hammond, Ursula Lang, Shane Rose, Shane Davidson and Blair Richardson.

Fees will be $200 (Inc GST). This includes two lessons of 2 hours duration on Cross Country and 2 lessons of two hours duration on Show Jumping.

Dressage lessons will be provided only on request and will be an individual lesson of 30 minutes in place of one of your other sessions. To request a dressage lesson in place of one of your other lessons, click here, and indicate which lesson you would like to "relinquish".

If you wish to have your 4 lessons PLUS an extra dressage lesson you can do so by booking on line and paying the $85 fee.

Yards for the horses are available at the Horse Trials grounds @ $11 per horse per night.

Camping is available at the Horse Trials grounds @ $11 per person per night (powered) or $5.50 per person per night (unpowered).
All prices include GST.

There will be a full canteen, and there will be a BBQ on Saturday night. Come and join us for the "big screen" entertainment and enjoy a quiet drink, have a nice meal and relax around the campfire. we may even be able to get footage of Kevin McNab competing in the World Cup final in France!?

Nominations are now open, however, there are a couple of little things to note...

  • Please provide us with as much information as you can, however if you do not have all your EFA information, it is not that important for this event.
  • If you are not an EFA member, please put "Pending" where the EFA number is requested. You can become temporary members of the Warwick Horse Trials Club to cover you for the weekend - simply download the form at this link, fill it in and post it back to Warwick Horse Trials, PO Box 904, Warwick, QLD, Australia 4370.
  • Please take care in selecting your class and ensure that you have picked the ones that most accurately describes the ability of both you and your horse. The club reserve the right to change the riders classes if it is deemed that they are not suitable for that level.

Finally, before you nominate, have your Credit Card ready... Unfortunately, due to the number of dishonored entries using alternative methods of payment, we are restricted to credit card payments. Enquires to: info@wht.org.au

Early Bird entries ($10 deduction) close on the 24th of August.

Entries close: 6th September

Please note - There are a limited number of spaces left. Entries will remain open until Wednesday 10th of Sept. We will not be able to guarantee a spot if there are too many entries in this time. If unable to fit you into the classes, we will provide a refund, however there will be a 20% administration fee.

Entries are now CLOSED. However, there may be some scratchings. If interested in being placed on a waiting list, register your interest by clicking here and sending us a note.

The club reserves the right to accept or reject late entries and to charge a 20% late entry fee. We also reserve the right to change riders classes if it is deemed that they are not suitable for that level. Refunds on scratchings will only be on production of Veterinary or Medical Certificate and will incur a 20% administration fee.
