FLIER INFORMATION
As for all our schools, there will be a great range of instructors catering for every age and level.
All levels
from beginners through to advanced horses and riders
are catered for
Instructors being confirmed at present included: David Finch, Rebel Morrow, Simon Kale, Kathy Jones, Kevin McNab, Tarsha Hammond, Sam Lyle,Emma Dougall, Shane Davidson and Chris Hopkins.
Fees will be $275 (Inc GST). This includes two lessons of 2 hours duration on Cross Country and 2 lessons of two hours duration on Show Jumping.
Yards for the horses are available at the Horse Trials grounds @ $22.00 per horse for the weekend.
Camping is available at the Horse Trials grounds @ $30.00 per weekend (powered) or $15.00 per weekend (unpowered).
All prices include GST.
There will be a full canteen, and there will be a BBQ on Saturday night. Come and join us for the "big screen" entertainment, have a nice meal and relax around the campfire.

There are a couple of little things to note...

Please provide us with as much information as you can, however if you do not have all your EFA information, it is not that important for this event.

You must be either a member of EQ or WHT to ride our the grounds for insurance reasons.
You can become members of the Warwick Horse Trials Club to cover you for the weekend - simply download the form at this link, fill it in and post it back to Warwick Horse Trials, PO Box 904, Warwick, QLD, Australia 4370.

If you are not an EFA member, please put "Pending" where the EFA number is requested.

Please take care in selecting your class and ensure that you have picked the ones that most accurately describes the ability of both you and your horse. The club reserve the right to change the riders classes if it is deemed that they are not suitable for that level.
Finally, before you nominate, have your Credit Card ready... Unfortunately, due to the number of dishonored entries using alternative methods of payment, we are restricted to credit card payments. Enquires to: info@wht.org.au
The club reserves the right to accept or reject late entries and to charge a 20% late entry fee. We also reserve the right to change riders classes if it is deemed that they are not suitable for that level.
Refunds on scratchings will only be on production of Veterinary or Medical Certificate and will incur a 10% administration fee.
Scratchings made after the draw is released, will not be eligible for a refund.
