TAX DEDUCTIBLE DONATIONS

If you like what you see at the Warwick Horse Trials club and would like to see it grow, you can now receive a 100% tax deduction on donations of $2 or more.

The club has registered a project with the Australian Sports Foundation (ASF), which enables donations to be tax deductible. Donations are made unconditionally to the ASF, however donors nominate the upgrade of facilities at Morgan Park as their preferred beneficiary. The ASF takes these donor preferences into consideration when distributing funds.

Gold Medal - This investment opportunity would give your company exclusive television and naming rights to our event.

Your signs will be displayed at the front entrance to the grounds and cross-country course as well as around the grounds throughout the event.

Your company will have exclusive television rights before, during and following the event and all radio coverage will feature your company as the major sponsor during promotions and event updates.

The print media will be supplied with regular press releases that feature your company. Frequent sponsors' promotions over the public address system over the three days of the event as exclusive naming rights. Posters, entry form and the event official program will feature your company as the major sponsor.

Your logo and any advertising slogans will be featured throughout the event's official program. You may set up a booth, stand or display in the designated trade area over the weekend where you will be welcome to hand out samples and promotional literature. Samples and promotional literature will also be included in every rider's sample bag. You will be welcome to provide T-shirts bearing your logo and name to our ground staff to wear over the weekend.

The corporate hospitality area will be open to investors on Sunday. Enjoy a relaxing venue to watch the event while enjoying cool refreshments (local wines, beer and orange juice) and some light finger foods.

For your investment you will receive five complimentary passes to the Corporate Hospitality area and 10 gate passes to the event. You will receive complimentary passes to the dinner on Saturday night and will be offered the opportunity to give a public address and promote your company.

You will be invited to be present at the prize giving ceremony and to present awards. All ribbons to sixth place and all winning horses rugs will appear with your company's name.

A commemorative photograph of the presentation will be presented to you at a later date.

Investor Benefits - Silver Medal

Your company name will be inserted in front of the class for which you buy the rights. This will appear in all the programs, literature and results and will be announced as your company class at all times.

One other sign provided by you will be displayed on the grounds in a prominent position. A range of publications, as well as radio and television stations, will be contacted and will be provided with press releases detailing the event. They will also be invited to send reporters and photographers to the event. You will get frequent sponsors' promotions over the public address system over the three days of the event.

Other benefits include: One business-size advertisement in the Equestrian Federation of Australia (QLD) 'Contact' magazine. Logo identification of your company in the official program (this will be on receipt of your bromide). The size of your advertisement will be proportional to the size of the investment you make.

Your logo included in the advertising brochure to be distributed throughout southeast Queensland and nationally. You may set up a booth, stand or display in the designated trade area over the weekend where you will be welcome to hand out samples and promotional literature.

The Corporate Hospitality area will be open to investors on Sunday. For your investment you will receive two complimentary passes to the Corporate Hospitality area and 10 gate passes to the event.

You will be invited to present the winning horse and rider with the first place rug for your class. A commemorative photograph of the presentation will be presented to you at a later date.

Your sign will be displayed on or beside the cross-country jump for which you buy the rights, for the duration of the event. A range of publications, as well as radio and television stations, will be contacted and will be provided with press releases detailing the event. They will also be invited to send reporters and photographers to the event. Your company and product details will be announced over the public address system over the three days of the event. You will receive one business-size advertisement in the Equestrian Federation of Australia (QLD) 'Contact' magazine and your company name will be inserted in front of the name of the jump whenever it is listed in literature. You may set up a booth, stand or display in the designated trade area over the weekend where you will be welcome to hand out samples and promotional literature. The Corporate Hospitality area will be open to investors on Sunday. You will receive two complimentary passes to the Corporate Hospitality area and 10 gate passes to the event. A commemorative photograph of a horse and rider jumping your fence will be presented to you at a later date.
