Morgan Park
Old Stanthorpe Road
Warwick - Queensland - Australia
Morgan Park
is 1000 acres of native Australian bushland that was left to
the people of Warwick at the turn of the century. The park
now boasts world class facilities in Polocrosse, Horse Trials,
Drag Racing, Car Racing, Motocross and Carriage Driving.
The Morgan Park
equestrian facilities have been recognised by the Queensland
Government as the best in their field in the state and the
grounds are now officially known as the State Equestrian
Centre - Polocrosse and Eventing.
The Warwick
Horse Trials cross country course at Morgan Park (see "The
Course" section) is regarded as one of the toughest and
best courses in Australia.
The Polocrosse
grounds offer accommodation (covered and uncovered) for 400
horses, full canteen and bar facilities, corporate entertaining
area, floodlit arenas, huge playing fields, hot and cold showers,
grandstands and lots of parking space. Add to this the beautiful
cross country course at the Horse Trials grounds, complete
with over 100 jumps, 116 hectares of bushland, walking tracks,
spectator facilities and the package is world class.
We
have a very supportive council and a great history of working
well with local business to see the facilities at Morgan Park
are maintained at top level.
