REFUND POLICY: Refunds on nominations are only given on the receipt, by the committee, of a valid veterinary certificate or valid medical certificate covering the horse and/or rider concerned. Refunds will be paid by cheque within 30 days of the event. Any refunds will attract a 10% administration fee. According to EA policy there will be no refunds after the closing date for nominations.
